• Payments: All transactions are securely processed through third-party payment processors like Stripe. We do not store any payment information.

4. Digital Downloads

• Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to your hour of which lessons you applied for. The link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
• License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download the IT documents provided for personal use only. You may not redistribute, share, resell, or use the documents provided for any commercial purposes.
• Download Limit: We recommend downloading the files after the first lesson for studying. If you encounter any issues accessing the download, please contact us at shibarecordsofficial@gmail.com

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the documents has been downloaded. If you have issues with your download or believe you received the wrong product, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
